The minimum time commitment for a volunteer is one year, although proposals from experienced professionals for shorter workshops in specific areas will be considered. Volunteers should be fluent in Spanish, enjoy working with young people and have at least a year of post-college experience in their field.

Although the backbone of our program has traditionally been the study of photography, our older students are now eager to expand their learning in the areas of graphic design, web design and video. As such, we are increasingly looking for volunteers who can teach advanced techniques in Photoshop, Freehand, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, video editing, directing and script writing.
